Director of Sales and Business Development

Director of Sales and Business Development role with an emerging division within a $70M+ Technology company.

The company serves highly relevant and targeted ads to audiences in the performance-based acquisition space and is preparing for rapid growth in this recently-launched division. The company is based in Irvine, California (flexible where this Director is located).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Base + bonus= this will be a 6 figure customized compensation plan.

Base Pay: $DOE - $DOE
Average 1st Year Commissions: DOE
Other Pay: Full benefits, 401k with match, uncapped plan and accelerators
