District Sales Manager - Gas / Chemical (Leadership)

Required Experience:
5+ years in management, 10+ years in gas / chemical sales



District Manager role with one of Forbes “Top Companies.” 

In this role, you will manage and direct the sales activities of Account Managers and Branch Managers in the selling of industrial and specialty gases within an assigned district. You will oversee deals with medium to large accounts while also managing essential aspects of the business at a branch level. High-level company stats:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $95k-125k (DOE) and bonus plan.

  • Car allowance of $6900/year plus mileage reimbursement.


  • 10+ years sales experience in gases and/ or chemical industries.

  • 5+ years experience in a management role.

  • Experience with branch business models a plus.

  • BA/BS Degree is strongly preferred.


Base Pay: $95,000 - $125,000
Average 1st Year Commissions: Base plus bonus plan
Other Pay: Benefits, HRA, 401k with match, car allowance, etc.
