DESCRIPTION

Enterprise Sales Director (SaaS) for a Global Leader providing visionary, “enterprise ready” SaaS products that drive employee performance, learning and development.

In this role, you will be securing new business deals (through the full sales cycle to close) with some of the world’s largest companies, with a focus on the Fortune 2000. The Enterprise Sales Director will have full sales development support (no cold-calling required, leads generated and qualified for the Enterprise Team).

Hardest part of the job?

The ESD must understand the pain and ultimate drivers and intended outcomes for specific business units - then must engage in deep conversation about business impact (not a features/solution sell).  

REQUIREMENTS


  • 5+ years of software selling experience.

  • Track record of success selling remotely into Large Enterprise companies
    B2B, SaaS & CRM experience.

  • Top 20% sales performance.

  • Ability to sell change management solution across multiple business units.

DETAILS

Base Pay: $DOE - $DOE
Average 1st Year Commissions: DOE
Other Pay: Benefits, 401k with match, stock options/equity plan, etc.
