Managing Director (GM) - IT Staffing / Solutions

Required Experience:
2+ years people management, sales, P&L exp.

LOCATION:  Seattle , WA


Managing Director role with a multi-billion dollar industry leader.

In this role, you will function much like a GM. The Managing Director role is responsible for managing both the delivery (recruiters) and the sales (BDM’s), P&L, Sales and Marketing. Currently, this is a 6 person office, with plans to grow to an 11 person office by the end of 2019. This team focuses on the Mid Market to Enterprise companies selling both IT Staffing (from contract to perm) and IT Solution work.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary of $130k-$150k + Bonuses, to make Yr 1: OTE $200k-250k; Yr 2: $250k-300k; Yr 3: $350k+.

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k with 50% match up to 6% (effective 1st of following month after date of hire).


> Must have at least 2+ years people management + operational experience with measurable results.

> Must have P&L experience.

> Must have at least 2 yrs experience in a sales function.  

> Prefer experience in IT staffing (but open to other non- IT staffing industries & specialties ie: IT Consulting background is a good fit).

> Prefer diversity in experience outside of staffing.

> Strongly prefer someone with deep roots/relationships in the WA area.

> Bachelor’s degree- preferred, not required.

> Must be able to be in the Bellevue office daily.

Base Pay: $130,000 - $150,000
Average 1st Year Commissions: 80,000
Other Pay: Benefits, 401k with match, HSA, etc.
