Outside Sales Representative - Account Executive

Required Experience:
2+ years b2b outside sales experience

LOCATION:  Indianapolis , IN


Outside Sales Representative role with a 2x Best Places to Work for Winner.

In this role, you will be hunting for new business and earn residual commissions. You will target medium to large accounts ($50K+) in Indianapolis and the surrounding area.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $70k - $80k base + uncapped commission, OTE Year 1 $100k -$130k

  • 2-4 years outside b2b sales experience

  • Experience hunting new business and cold calling

  • Top 20% documented sales success (% to quota, rankings, awards)

  • Stable employment history (no job hoppers)

  • Degree preferred


Base Pay: $70,000 - $80,000
Average 1st Year Commissions: 50,000
Other Pay: Car allowance, benefits, 401k, uncapped commission, etc.
Travel: Yes
