Regional Territory Sales Manager

LOCATION:  Philadelphia , PA


Regional Territory Manager role with an industry-leading workplace mobility solution company.

In this role, the rep will proactively prospect and manage existing relationships with F1000 companies and resellers. You will represent a unique solution that offers an excellent ROI and is used by some of the world’s most efficient companies.

  • Clients: Amazon, Boeing, HomeDepot, Lowes, GAP, Medtronic, Cardinal Health, TJ Maxx to name a few

  • “First of its kind” products on the market, no direct competition

  • Company experienced consistent, steady growth year over year, doubling in size in past 3 years

  • 44% growth in 2018

  • 90% of leads are originated via the marketing team


  • $50k- $60k base salary to make $125k at plan with no cap on compensation

  • 2-5 years outside B2B sales experience (called on industrial space, warehouses, and factories)

  • Documented top 25% sales performance

  • Experience working remotely

  • New Business Minded

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to travel 25% regionally


Base Pay: $50,000 - $60,000
Average 1st Year Commissions: 60,000
Other Pay: Benefits, car allowance, cell, 401k with match, paid leave, etc.
