Senior Sales Executive - SaaS

DESCRIPTION

Senior SaaS Sales Executive position for a $35+ Million software company with a presence in over 40 countries and over 2,000 clients globally. They provide the most comprehensive software solution in the market for staffing and recruiting firms. The company has several offices globally, including Alpharetta, GA.

This rep will report directly to the CEO. They will spearhead mid-market growth and oversee all sales nationally (within the U.S.). In this role, you will be selling companies mid-market product suite to new and existing clients.


  • Logos/Clients: Kelly Services, Manpower, HCA, Maxim, Volt, Randstad to name a few.

  • The Stevie: International Business Awards, 2x winner in 2018

  • Boston Business Journal Innovation All-Star.

  • CEO named Top 50 SaaS CEO in 2018.

  • Revenues set to grow triple-digit, finishing out 2018 over the prior year (organic growth + acquisition).


Compensation and Benefits:

  • A base of $80k (DOE) to make $160k at plan - uncapped.

  • Cell or cell reimbursement, laptop, travel expenses covered (reimbursed), ability to use Ring Central on a mobile device.

  • Unlimited PTO, Medical (also HRA + FSA), Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance, 401k (match being rolled out in 2019).

REQUIREMENTS


  • 3 to 5 years software experience (SaaS)

  • Top 25% sales performer

  • Nice to have: CRM or ERP or HCM or Staffing/Recruiting

  • Ability to demo (will have demo support but at times will demo)

  • Ability to hunt for new business + manage/foster relationships

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

DETAILS

Base Pay: $80,000 - $80,000
Average 1st Year Commissions: 80,000
Other Pay: Full benefits, 401k, unlimited PTO, expenses reimbursed, etc.
