Medical Device Sales Representative – Expansion Role

A $540M Medical Equipment Manufacturer is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to build, grow, and lead a sales team. They are an industry-leading medical company with a healthy pipeline and strong R&D focus. 

They are expanding their sales team due to a recent product launch that is an industry game-changer and looking for a sales hunter to help increase the market share for the #1 region in the country.

In this role, you will be aggressively focused on new business development with a goal to meet 4 prospective clients a day. You will be calling on physicians and surgeons in the region including specialists in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, OBGYN, and Urology. This is a heavy travel opportunity- 70-80% overnight travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary $60k, OTE $150k-$220k.
  • Uncapped + accelerators. 
  • $800/month car allowance.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in B2B heavy cold calling environment.
  • Strong preference for candidates with an athletic/competitive background.
  • Successful track record in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Competitive HUNTER.
  • Ability to travel 70-80% overnight.
DETAILS:
Base Pay: 60,000 To: 60,000
Average 1st Year Commissions: $90-150k in commission
Other Pay: Benefits, car allowance, accelerators, etc.
