Regional Enterprise Sales Executive (SaaS) – Benefits and Healthcare Technology Large Employers

Regional Sales Executive with one of the fastest-growing technology companies in one of the hottest spaces in healthcare (Saas).

As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll be calling on large employer accounts while building strong relationships via the consultancy channels (Willis Towers Watson, Aon, Buck, and Mercer).  The Sales Executive will also develop relationships with other key partners – working with their sales teams to find mutually beneficial outcomes for large enterprise employers.  

  • The sales team is set to double in size 2020 with key VP-level sales leadership joining in 2019 in prep for further growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary of $130,000+ (DOE) to make $245,000+ OTE. 
  • Uncapped commissions with additional bonus gates for exceeding target.
  • Note: This company sets very realistic and attainable quotas

  • Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years selling software to employers with a minimum of 3,000-5,000 employees and above.
  • Experience working with strategic partners in the benefits and healthcare technology ecosystem strongly preferred.
  • The ability to travel 1-3 nights a week and upwards of 40-60% overnight travel (week dependent).
Base Pay: 130,000 To: 130,000+
Average 1st Year Commissions: $115,000+
Other Pay: Full benefits, 401k with match, uncapped plan, etc.
