Regional Enterprise Sales Executive (SaaS) – Digital Health

Required Experience:
Minimum 3-5+ years selling software to employers with 500 employees up to a minimum of 1,000-3,000 employees.

DESCRIPTION:

Regional Sales Executive with one of a pioneer in the digital health space. 

As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll be calling on employer accounts while building strong relationships via the broker channel. The Sales Executive will also develop relationships with other key partners – working with their sales teams to find mutually beneficial outcomes for employers. 

  • Co. is very financially stable with year over year topline revenue growth of 20-30%. 
  • The national sales team has doubled in 2020 – recently breaking an all-time record in quarterly sales (during COVID). 
  • 100% on-time implementation record with very strong ROI.
  •  Co. is poised to triple in size in the next 3 years.  

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary of $100,000 to $115,000 to make $175,000 to $200,00.
  • Uncapped commissions.
  • Note: This company sets very realistic and attainable quotas.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years selling software to employers with 500 employees up to a minimum of 1,000-3,000 employees.
  • Experience working with strategic partners in the benefits and healthcare technology ecosystem strongly preferred.
DETAILS:
Base Pay: 100,000 To: 115,000
Average 1st Year Commissions: 80,000
Other Pay: Full benefits, 401k with match, uncapped commission, etc.
