Regional Sales Executive- Extended Living Healthcare SaaS Solution
3+ years selling solutions to Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities
Regional Sales Executive position with a company that offers a SaaS solution that helps provide a coordinated care solution of primary geriatric specialty physicians who work together to provide cutting-edge care to adults in assisted living and memory care homes.
In this role, you will be calling on assisted living and memory care facilities across Southern California. You will land and expand opportunities.
- Launched in April 2019 on the premise that a committed group of technologists and clinicians could improve the lives of those living and working in assisted living.
- Landed 10 assisted living facilities in the first 5 weeks after launch in San Diego.
- Expanding from 1 to 5 reps in CA in 2020.
- 2020 goal to land 1,000 beds on the platform. They will start 2021 with 3,000 beds & end the year with 10k beds in California.
- Raising investment capital to launch growth into new states by 2022.
- An elite team of clinicians from Harvard Medical School, Princeton, Cedar Sinai & UC San Diego.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base upwards of $100,000-$150,000 (flexibility on the upper end for more experience) to make $260,000 to $300,000+ OTE. Uncapped commissions.
- Medical, Dental, Vision.
- $50 stipend for cell plan.
- Vehicle: Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance.
Hardest part of the job? The company is a true start-up in hyper-growth mode. The person in this role needs to be flexible and a thought leader for the company, as well as a team player.
