Regional Sales Vice President – Commercial Real Estate

Required Experience:
4+ years experience in commercial real estate sales
LOCATION: Indianapolis , IN

Regional Sales Vice President role for a rapidly growing, $30M innovative company. 

This is a high-level solution sale calling on large commercial real estate firms. In this role, you will be leveraging your current relationships with these investment firms to launch this company into the Indianapolis marketplace and surrounding area.

  • Top rep sold $16M in first full year
  • Director of Sales hired in June 2020 to facilitate growth goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Comp = $150k year 1 package

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • College degree STRONGLY preferred, MBA a plus.
  • Must have existing relationships with the top commercial real estate owners with medium and large portfolios in the market.
  • Ability to build relationships with the top commercial real estate owners in the market.
  • Experience developing new business relationships with business owners and C-Suite executives.
  • Strong leadership qualities are required (integrity, accountability, etc.).
Base Pay: $150,000 To: $150,000
Average 1st Year Commissions: $150k year 1 package
Other Pay: Full benefits, 100% 401k match (up to $19k/year), expense account, etc.
