This is a high-level solution sale calling on commercial real estate ownership groups with 5-50 assets in your region. In this role, you will be leveraging your current relationships with these firms to launch this company into the Memphis marketplace and surrounding State of Tennessee.
- Company experienced 127% YOY growth.
- Record sales year in 2020.
- Doubling sales force in 2020.
- Top rep: 150% to quota in their first full year.
- Director of Sales hired in June 2020 to facilitate growth goals.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Comp = $150k year 1 package

- 5-10 years of sales experience selling into the CRE space
- Commercial Real Estate Broker, Commercial Real Estate Lender, SaaS sales in CRE
- College degree STRONGLY preferred, MBA a plus.
- Must have existing relationships with the top commercial real estate owners with medium and large portfolios in the market.
- Ability to build relationships with the top commercial real estate owners in the market.
- Experience developing new business relationships with business owners and C-Suite executives.
- Strong leadership qualities are required (integrity, accountability, etc.).
