As an Account Executive, you’ll be calling on mid-market and larger employer accounts across all verticals (direct-to-employer and also in partnership with brokers and consultants regionally). The company is resourcing in significant ways a ton behind these reps with marketing support and lead gen

Compensation

  • Competitive and customized six-figure base salary + uncapped commissions to make $285k-$300k+. 
  • Significant ability to overachieve, and bonus kickers at specific gates above target. 
  • Top rep made over $400k last year.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years selling software to employers in the mid-market to large market space. 
  • Experience working with strategic partners in the benefits and healthcare technology ecosystem strongly preferred.
DETAILS:
Base Pay: DOE (6 figure customized base) To: DOE
Average 1st Year Commissions: DOE (to make $285k to $300k+ at plan)
