Job Description

A PacNW-based, innovative technology company is looking to expand and is adding a talented Account Executive. This company is a leader in its space and is profitable and debt-free. They have averaged just under 15% annual growth consistently year over year. They offer a full suite of unified communications along with network infrastructure and customer experience management to mid-cap companies in the PacNW.

In this role, you will be strategically hunting new logos as well as managing an existing client portfolio. You keep the accounts you land and continue to manage and expand year over year. Given their growth stage, they are just now hiring additional reps due to growth in addition to anticipation of 2 seasoned reps retiring in the next 2 years. With this, there will be a large account base to transfer to the team.

 

  • Marque Accounts: BECU, Lake Washington School District, Providence Hospital.

  • 97% Client Retention Rate – Retaining multiple clients since launch in 2000.

  • Company Trending 12-15% growth in 2022.

  • Awarded Dell Service Partner of the Year.

  • Top reps make between $400k-$800k.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $80k-$90k Base with $185k OTE year 1 at plan.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • History of success in a quota-carrying AE role.
