Role:
Sell to C-level execs at mid-to-large market companies by partnering with national, regional, and local brokers.

Comp & Benefits:
- $120K–$150K base + uncapped commission, bonus, and residuals
- Top reps earn $300K–$700K+

Requirements
- 3–5+ yrs in commercial casualty sales
Strong knowledge of group captives & broker channel (production background or carrier sales). - BA/BS strongly preferred.
- Regional travel required.
