Job Description

A PacNW-based, innovative technology company is looking to expand and is adding a talented Call Center Consultant to its team. This company is a leader in its space and is profitable and debt-free. They have averaged just under 15% annual growth consistently year over year. They offer a full suite of unified communications, network infrastructure, and customer experience management to mid-sized companies in the PacNW.


In this role, you will be responsible for supporting contact center activities in presales and implementation, through consultative business-focused activities leading clients to solutions and services allowing them to create best-in-class experiences for the markets they serve.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • $135k base salary plus Bonus.

  • Position is hybrid and can be based out of any of these offices (Seattle, WA; Spokane, WA; Portland, OR; Boise, ID; Billings, MT).




  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 5 years of related experience and training in Contact Centers and leadership.

  • Contact Center Operations experience.

  • Creating Contact Center Experience.

  • Contact Center Agent, Supervisor and Management needs.

  • Live Agent, Automation and Self Services Fundamentals.

  • Workforce Optimization and Analytic Fundamentals.

  • Industry-specific knowledge and experience preferred in either Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, and/or State and Local Government.
