The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing campaigns and strategies for demand generation and lead generation. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think both in terms of strategy and execution. This person will manage a small team of marketing professionals. While the focus of the role is Growth Marketing, because they are a fast-growing startup, there will also be opportunities to wear multiple hats, including supporting on brand identity and voice, digital assets, content marketing, product marketing, and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 yrs in b2b marketing targeting Fortune 1000 companies, with creative strategies for driving market awareness and activation ideally in a venture-backed startup or a hypergrowth company.

  • Background in HR Tech and/or e-Learning strongly preferred.

  • Degree preferred.
