Director of Sales – B2B / High Growth / Build a team

Job Description

A privately held, growing company has created a brand-new position, Director of Sales, to bring a wholly elevated level of creativity and performance to our sales and marketing functions. And we’d like to talk with you about it. This job has deep meaning for our companies. We’re placing a lot of trust, and a lot of responsibility, on whomever we select for the role. It will report solely to the CEO and COO, and will lead a team of 19.

Our organizational culture highly values authenticity, drive, and open communication, so we have every intention of empowering this Director with the ability to shape and define the role – and, indeed, our entire sales and marketing operation. In this role, you will be managing a multi-territory sales team across 4 different sales channels. That includes sole responsibility for building and scaling sales teams nationwide; we don’t have a separate HR staff looking over your shoulder. It also includes designing and implementing your own initiatives, your own way. 

To be considered, you must live in the Seattle, WA area.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of managing a multi-territory B2B sales team.

  • Track record of success in building and scaling sales teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
