We’re seeking a dynamic Director, Strategic Accounts to pioneer sales efforts for a groundbreaking travel technology company. In this role, you’ll build and execute strategic partnerships with top-tier airlines and hotels, defining a sales strategy that drives impact in an untapped market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at airlines and hotels to secure direct access to award inventory.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and establish partnerships that deliver value to all parties.
  • Define account strategies and lead initiatives to penetrate high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term monetization strategies.
  • Act as the primary advocate for strategic partners, ensuring their goals align with company objectives.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Competitive six figure base salary, commensurate with experience.
  • Variable Compensation: 70/30 or 80/20 split, tied to performance milestones. First year OTE $175-200K+

Requirements

 

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic accounts or business development, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and close large-scale partnerships, with expertise in navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building sales strategies from the ground up.
  • Background in performance marketing, revenue management, or similar travel-related roles is a strong plus.
