Enterprise Account Manager – Series B / Supply Chain / SaaS-Worker Platform

Job Description

A fast-growing start-up is looking to expand its Enterprise Sales team with an Account Manager. This 300-person organization is funded by the same investors who backed Spotify, Netflix, Facebook, LinkedIn & Amazon. 


To be considered you must have experience expanding footprint in existing accounts, selling SAAS solutions to business stakeholders in supply chain and/or maintenance organizations in at least one of the following: Power Generation, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, CPG or Commercial Manufacturing.


In this role, you will be given a book of business of roughly 6 major, enterprise accounts within either the Oil & Gas (focused on downstream), Mining & Metals, Utilities, CPG, Chemicals or Manufacturing, who currently do business with us. This book of business is currently worth around 5M ARR. You are responsible for building relationships and expanding our footprint within them.This requires navigating complex sales cycles and closing the business. 


  • Client examples: Shell, Hess, Dominion Energy, Jemana, Acumed, Newmont.
  • Pacing at 3x revenue growth. 
  • Multiple awards for being a top SAP partner.

  • 7+ years of account management and sales experience. With at least 3 yrs in any of the following: CPG or Commercial Manufacturing, Utility, Oil & Gas or Power. 
  • Strongly prefer a working knowledge of SAP solutions but must have a working knowledge of ERP systems in general (IM, WM, EWM, PM, and others).
  • Consistent and proven achievement of 100% quota attainment in enterprise-class software sales.
  • Proven software sales record with complex accounts in North America.
  • Approach problems with rigorous quantitative and strategic analysis, identifying solutions for Enterprise customers.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment.
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales or a related discipline.
