The Head of Marketing is an executive-level role that reports into the CEO. We see marketing as an enterprise-value driver, not a cost center. The Head of Marketing will own and develop our marketing strategy from the ground up. This includes developing our market positioning and brand identity, clearly distinguishing our approach and our unique value proposition, developing our go-to-market strategies for client acquisition, overseeing product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation.


The ideal candidate will be a great people leader and strategic thinker, but also a resourceful hand-on professional comfortable working in a lean startup environment.

  • Minimum 7-10 yrs  leading marketing teams with demonstrated, quantifiable success.

  • Prior experience in leadership roles at fast-growing Edtech and/or B2B startups with an enterprise focus. 

  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leadership team and staff.

  • Experience developing, managing, and leading teams, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
