Head of Sales – Remote / Senior SaaS / Start up / Orthodontics

Job Description

A fast-growing startup is hiring its first Head of Sales. They are pre-IPO with 40 employees, selling game-changing technology into the Orthodontics space. The press and buzz in the industry has them poised for tremendous growth.  

 

They are looking to hire their first Sales Leader. The current sales team currently consists of two hunter reps as well as two Customer Success Managers. They are looking to bring on someone to own the Sales & GTM Strategy, for both the Hunters and CSM team. This person will be both strategic and tactical. Tasked with building the strategy, growing the team (initially with an additional 2 headcount), but also with rolling up their sleeves and selling themselves. As a start-up, revenue is king, and with the size of the existing team, they will be expected to initially be more of a player/coach while they grow and scale. 

 

To be considered you must have led a team selling in the Orthodontics space, with experience around building sales strategy/product launches.

Requirements

 

  • Experience building out sales strategies and/or product launches while leading and growing a team of hunters.

  • Strongly prefer experience selling to Orthodontists, but will consider dental domain expertise. 

  • Must have experience selling into OSO/DSO’s

  • Prefer start up experience. 

  • Prefer experience selling software. 

  • Must be both strategic (GTM) and tactical (in the field with reps).
