Head of Solutions – Disruptive SaaS / Health IT / FinTech (Remote)

Job Description

A fast-growing, well-funded start-up is hiring a Head of Solutions role to support their Sales team. This pre-IPO company is selling a SaaS solution and end-to-end platform in the healthcare industry. The platform is designed to provide practices with a comprehensive financial navigation technology that proactively identifies patients with financial risk and automatically connects them with personalized financial assistance

 

This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. We are looking to bring on someone to own the management and execution of the solutions engineering division within the Sales Organization. This person will be both strategic and tactical, tasked with partnering with the account executive team to implement and execute sales strategies.  We are looking for someone with Health systems and SaaS experience in a solutions/sales engineering capacity. This role is a good fit for someone who wants to bring their ideas for strategy and growth to an organization and make an impact from the start.

 

  • Recently acquired its major competitor, secured additional funding, and is poised to continue its growth in the marketplace.

  • Recently partnered with AllianceRx Walgreens Prime Organization and Walmart.

  • Has secured multiple rounds of funding in the last 12 months.

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a solutions engineering capacity in the healthcare industry.

  • Deep knowledge of the Provider space in healthcare (ie; health systems, specialty practice, prescription entities).

  • Ability to work independently and to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
