Lead Agency Partnerships Manager – E-Comm / Series A

Job Description

A fast-scaling, Series A e-comm company is looking to hire a Senior Partnerships Manager to spearhead the development and growth of agency partnerships. Being touted as the “Uber of Customer Support”, this company is radically changing the landscape in their space using AI in a revolutionary way. The company has tripled revenue in the last 2 years and has already tripled its US headcount in 2022 to date.

 

In this role, you will begin by building strong relationships with agency partners across the ecosystem (with the potential to expand into other areas of partnerships). This ecosystem is ever-changing and this is a very dynamic role and of utmost priority as the company continues to rapidly grow. This is an opportunity to join a company projected to experience explosive growth while they are still at the ground floor.

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Base of $115,000 to $130,000 DOE to make $192,000 to $218,000 OTE. Uncapped.  

  • Significant Equity. 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 2-3+ years in partnership management and with a focus on building relationships in the digital agency space.

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.

  • Ability to prioritize competing projects and outstanding organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for conferences, events, etc. 

  • Previous start-up experience or experience with a fast scaling company is preferred.
