Medical Equipment Outside Sales Representative – Hunter / Expansion Role
A $540M Medical Equipment Manufacturer is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to build, grow, and lead a sales territory. They are an industry-leading medical company with a healthy pipeline and strong R&D focus. They are in one of the fastest-growing industries in the US with 10% YOY growth anticipated in 2022.
They are expanding their sales team due to a recent product launch that is an industry game-changer and looking for a sales hunter to help increase the market share.
In this role, you will be aggressively focused on new business development with a goal to meet 3-5 prospective clients a day. You will be calling on physicians and surgeons in the region including specialists in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, OBGYN, and Urology
- Top Sales Rep earned $3.28M in 2020.
- Average Sales Rep earns $500k+.
- Several current reps on the sales team earned $1M plus in 2021.

- Calling on Physicians and Surgeons in the region.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary $60k, OTE $150k.
- Uncapped + accelerators.
- $800/month car allowance.

- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B heavy cold calling environment. ie: Cintas, ADP, Paychex, Office Equipment.
- Strong preference for candidates with an athletic/competitive background.
- Successful track record in a high-volume sales environment.
- Competitive HUNTER.
- Ability to travel 6-8 overnights a month.
