Medical Sales Manager – Expansion Role / Top rep earned $1.8M (Leader)

Job Description

A $540M Medical and Aesthetics Manufacturer with a healthy pipeline and strong R&D focus. 

 

They are expanding their sales team due to a recent product launch with a 2nd launch upcoming this month. These products will be industry game-changers. 

 

In this role, you will be overseeing 1-2 Territory Managers while being aggressively focused on new business development. These are in-person prospecting calls to physicians and surgeons within the Northern California region (no overnight travel, must be located in this area) including specialists in OBGYN, Urology, and Dermatology.

Compensation and Benefits:

 

• Base salary of $80k, year 1 OTE $300-$500k.
• $10k car allowance.
