National Account Executive – Commercial Restoration / Top Rep Earned $1M+ in 2022

Job Description

National Account Executive for a company set to grow 3x in the next 5 years. The company is profitable, with strong financials and is debt-free in the Commercial Restoration space. 

 

As a National Account Executive, you will nurture accounts with a national footprint. You will do this by prospecting directly and building relationships with key stakeholders who often serve as referral partners in the marketplace (such as insurance adjusters and brokers). 

 

  • The company has doubled its national presence with more market expansion on the horizon.  
  • Projected to grow 3x in the next 5 years.  95%+ client retention.   
  • Large accounts include Amazon, Realty Income, Cambridge Hospitality, Greystar, Westfield and Hilton.
  • The National AE team is set to grow by 2-3x in the next 4 years. 
  • Top reps making $500,000-$1,000,000. 

 

Compensation & Benefits

 

  • Competitive and customized base salary + a year 1 guarantee with uncapped commissions. National AE’s are expected to earn $300k+ by year 2 and continue year-over-year earnings growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-7+ years b2b sales related to building maintenance, restoration, reconstruction or building services. 
  • Experience working with commercial property management groups, facilities managers, directors of engineering, asset managers,  building loss consultants and adjustors as just a few examples. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated to meet and exceed goals autonomously.
  • High level of character and integrity.
