National Sales Executive – Third-Party Logistics (3PL) / Global Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join the sales team in the U.S. market for a global leader in third-party logistics. This person will work closely with the logistics and client success team to drive new business initiatives with enterprise-level clients.  

 

In this role, you will be focused on cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across prospective clients and closing new business. This is a complex sale of 3PL+ services and solutions created and customized to specific client needs. This role consists of prospecting, hunting and closing across the U.S. market. The target industries include medical, automotive, finance, retail and more. Any greenfield opportunity that has $1M+ ARR supply chain needs is a potential client.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Six-figure base salary + commissions.  
  • Commissions are uncapped and paid quarterly – based on various sales metrics (ie, amount of revenue, length of contract, and margin).

Requirements

  • 5 – 7+ years of proven sales success in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Strong network and influential relationships within target industries.
  • Experience interfacing confidently at all levels in both large and small organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to articulate complex supply chain solutions, covering physical, digital, and financial aspects.
