National Sales Representative – Industrial Products / Retail
Job Description
Ground-floor sales opportunity with a U.S.-based manufacturer that’s scaling a proven product line across national big box retailers. With an existing $900K/year customer and untapped demand, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact while selling into a fast-moving channel.
In this role you will be:
Taking over a key retail account and building a national book of business across major retailers like Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply, and Fleet Farm. You’ll be selling steel ramps, wheel chocks, and related safety accessories directly into merchandising, supply chain, and buying teams. The sales motion is primarily hunting, with long-term upside to own and grow the accounts you bring in.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80K–$100K depending on experience
- OTE: $200K+ realistic earnings in year one (3% commission + residuals, uncapped)

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience selling into big box retail accounts (tools, industrial, or safety products preferred)
- Existing relationships in the retail channel are highly valued
- No degree required – experience and network matter most
