Founded in 2020 and officially launched in 2024, this early-stage SaaS company is transforming the way childcare centers communicate with families. Backed by 25+ years of experience in early education operations, the team has built a mobile-first platform that delivers live video, real-time updates, messaging, and document sharing—all designed to make parents feel like they’re right there with their child.
With a rapidly growing footprint (23 schools across Florida and Texas), the company is scaling a game-changing model: a parent-first, subscription-based engagement tool that eliminates cost for childcare centers.
About the Role
This is the second dedicated sales hire and a foundational opportunity to build and own a wide-open Central Florida territory. You’ll be on the front lines, selling a first-of-its-kind childcare engagement platform to center owners—where the unique twist is that parents are the paying customer.
You’ll operate independently but work closely with the founder and customer experience team to drive adoption, onboard new clients, and evangelize a compelling product in a category that’s ripe for disruption.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, objection handling, closing
- Engage directly with childcare center owners across Central Florida
- Position the platform’s core features (live video, messaging, parent app) to build trust and drive adoption
- Overcome objections around privacy, tech skepticism, and operational change
- Support onboarding and parent activation at new partner sites
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and site visits
- Collaborate weekly with the founder and CX team while enjoying field autonomy

Requirements
- 2–5+ years of outside B2B sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or service-based industries
- Proven track record of closing new business with small business owners or multi-site operators
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led companies
- Local to Orlando and able to travel throughout Central Florida
Preferred:
- Experience selling into childcare, education, franchise, or facilities markets
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and storytelling around technology
- Rolodex in early childhood or community services is a plus
- High-energy, gritty, resourceful, and relationship-driven
