Product Marketing Manager – Downstream / Growing Marketing Team / HCM

Job Description

A privately held, growing company in the Human Capital Management industry is hiring its first Product Marketing Manager to develop GTM strategy, marketing collateral, and product launch initiatives for a suite of products. This company is selling into the Fortune 1000 space across the insurance, health care, and government sectors. 

 

In this role, you will be functioning as the sole downstream Product Marketer developing GTM strategy, product-specific content, and product launches for a suite of products. You will report directly to the CEO and have direct access to the executive leadership team. This role works cross-functionally with the sales and product teams to develop strategy and content specific to each product line. This is an opportunity to have a high level of autonomy and responsibility in building out the product marketing division of the company.

Requirements

 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/or Content Marketing.

  • Human Capital Management (HCM) experience is required.

  • Social Media Marketing and SEO experience are highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
