Regional Sales Executive – Cost and Quality Digital Health

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll call on employer accounts while building strong relationships via the broker and consultant channels. The Regional Sales Executive will also develop relationships with other key partners – working with their sales teams to find mutually beneficial outcomes for employers. This is a new business focused role with the ability to upsell clients over time.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive and customized six-figure base with the ability to earn $280,000-$320,00 OTE. 
  • Uncapped commissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years selling software and/ or benefits to employers with 500 employees up to a minimum of 1,000-3,000 employees (must be at least in this range). 
  • Experience working with strategic partners in the benefits and healthcare technology ecosystem strongly preferred and strong understanding of the broker and consultant community.
