Regional Sales Representative – Industrial Distribution / Employee Owned / Stock Options

Job Description

Regional Sales role with a leading distributor of specialized industrial solutions. 

 

This is a remote, individual contributor sales role covering a regional MO/KS territory. The line is highly-specialized and technical in nature. It’s a consultative sale, working with complex buyer personas primarily in Aerospace and Tiers supplying OEM’s like Boeing, Lear, Beachcraft, Cessna. You’ll inherit an existing book of business with established accounts, but with tremendous growth potential- plenty of untapped opportunities!

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Base Salary $70k-$90k+ DOE + Uncapped bonus.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years successfully selling into Aerospace clients.
  • Experience selling adhesives, sealants, films, pastes or coatings.
  • Must live within the territory- KS & MO. 
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time. 
  • Possess a strong technical acumen – ability to be consultative.
  • Ability to win new accounts, as well as nurture & grow existing accounts.
