Regional Sales Vice President – SaaS / Disruptive RCM

Job Description

Regional Sales Lead for a 20+-year-old company focused on the RCM space. They are a market disruptor with cutting-edge solutions used in the enterprise RCM space to uncover anywhere from 10-30% in active billable coverage that the provider or other vendors missed. 

 

This company began really investing in sales and marketing at a meaningful level in 2021. To that point, the focus had been building a durable strong product in the provider and payer market. This piece of the business allows for many opportunities to help drive the growth of new products and connections in the healthcare RCM ecosystem. This is a critical hire. 

 

  • Double-digit growth YoY.
  • Currently under contract with some of the largest healthcare systems in the country. 
  • Very profitable business with exceptional revenue-to-profitability metrics.
  • 700M annual transactions, 80K provider locations, and 3K+ direct payer connections.
  • Seasoned and well-respected leadership team with strong product-led backgrounds.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Base Salary of $140k-$170k to double OTE + uncapped commissions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience selling enterprise healthcare solutions preferably in the Revenue Cycle Management Space.
  • A strong track record of success growing and building a market from scratch.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
