Job Description

A fast-growing company in the travel technology space is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to drive operational growth and support innovative Go-To-Market strategies. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner cross-functionally to optimize systems, deliver revenue insights, and lead strategic projects, all within a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead the integration and automation of revenue operations tools to streamline workflows.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform and refine Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Engineering to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects to drive growth and improve scalability.
  • Act as a critical partner for senior leadership in shaping revenue goals and initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

 

  • Base Salary: $135,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in RevOps or a similar Go-To-Market role.
  • Proven success in scaling operational processes in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in SaaS tools, CRMs, and marketing automation.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience driving cross-functional alignment.
