As a Sales Executive, you’ll be hunting mid-market to large enterprise employers. With significant and growing momentum in the market, this co. is poised for tremendous growth. This is a truly ground-floor opportunity.

  

  • Established in Higher Education market with recent large win, USC.

  • Support launch of new division into B2B space focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts.

  • Doubling sales team in 2022.

  • Grew Division from 0 to 20 clients in less than a year from launch.

  • Co. is poised to grow 5x in the next 3 years.

  • High Engagement Rates: 58% usage in first month (industry average is 10%).

  • 100% Client Renewal Rate.

 

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Comp = $60k- $70k base salary + Uncapped Commissions, $145k OTE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred.

  • Minimum 1+ year selling HR or Digital Health or SaaS technology as an AE or Sr. SDR to mid to large employer groups.
