A successful, family-owned manufacturing company in Waukesha is looking to hire a Sales Manager to lead their team of regional sales reps. This manufacturer of uniquely-engineered products and capital equipment has a global reach and strong financials. They grew 31% last year and have consistently exceeded company sales goals! Their engineered solutions enable OEMs in numerous manufacturing environments to heat and process fluids with reliability, efficiency, and precision. 

 

As the Sales Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader to a team of 7 Regional Sales Reps focused on winning and expanding OEM accounts. As the company continues to grow, the team has potential to double in size and revenue, and the Sales Manager would move up to a Sales Director position. The company is currently revamping its sales processes and would welcome a leader with fresh ideas and proven strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful experience leading a team of regional sales reps (outside sales).
  • Strong preference for technical sales background in a manufacturing environment.
  • BA/BS strongly preferred.
