Sales Representative- PEO/Payroll/Staffing – Hyper Growth

Job Description

We are seeking tenacious and engaged Sales Professionals who want to make an impact with a $300M+ business services organization. 

 

In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to craft your own strategies and target accounts in a wide-open U.S. territory. You’ll be part of a young, growing sales team that thrives on flexibility and collaboration, with robust support from our leadership.  This is a hunting role where the core focus will be identifying and closing net new opportunities while managing a small book of business.

Compensation and Benefits:

 

• $65K-$85K base salary, with 50% variable compensation leading to $130K-$170K+ OTE, and uncapped commission based on margin.
