The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will manage the company’s lean recruitment team and craft effective sourcing strategies and efficient vetting processes for hiring candidates in positions ranging from entry to executive level. This person will partner with company leaders to assess talent needs, oversee day-to-day talent acquisition operations, and support development of our employer talent brand. 

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional project and people manager, able to align high-level strategies and KPIs with thoughtful process design and execution.

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 7-10 yrs in talent acquisition – evidence of progressive experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience managing high-growth, cross-functional talent projects with business line leaders and executive stakeholders.

  • Background in HR Tech and/or e-Learning strongly preferred.

  • Degree preferred.

  • Experience with HR and Candidate tracking systems.
