Inside Sales Manager – SaaS

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of inside sales reps while driving individual sales performance.
  • Close 4-5 deals monthly in retail, media, and event sectors.
  • Develop new markets and play a key role in establishing the company’s U.S. sales footprint.
  • Maintain high sales activity (40-50 calls/day) and manage your pipeline through CRM tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
  • OTE: $215,000 – $250,000+ Year 1 (uncapped commission/bonus)

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience (SaaS preferred).
  • 2+ years of Management/leadership experience (SaaS highly preferred).
  • Proven success in high-activity sales environments.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software solutions.
