In this role, you will be taking on a key role as part of the national sales leadership team, reporting to the SVP of Business Development. This will include training and leading a team of business development executives as the team continues its record-breaking growth.

This is a disruptive solution. The team you are leading and training is selling against the status quo. We need someone who can help lead with this in mind. This role will require becoming part of a tight-knit leadership circle and will also require being very organized.  

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of training and leading a commercial insurance sales team.  

  • Deep understanding of the group space and the broker distribution model.

  • BA/BS strongly preferred.

  • Willingness to travel to HQ in Chicago frequently (if not in Chicago). Travel will likely be 2-3 days a week for 3 out of 4 weeks in any given month.
