The VP of Client Growth will develop and spearhead the Account Executive strategy and be responsible for driving growth across all client accounts. You will lead and grow a team of Account Executives who each have a book of assigned clients. In addition to leading this team from a managerial standpoint, this role is expected to implement process improvements that result in optimized operational systems. The position will work closely with (and report to) the company’s Chief Growth Officer.

The ideal candidate will be exceptional at leading teams selling professional services to enterprise clients and will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape. This person will also have experience building processes and benchmarks for the Account Executive (Client Growth) team to be successful.

  • Minimum 5-7 yrs in tech-centered professional services and consulting leadership – history of leading teams with an eye on revenue growth and upselling.

  • Experience hiring and managing a high-performing Account Executive (client growth) team.

  • Experience leading sales and revenue growth teams that are enterprise focused. 

  • Desire to be a hands-on leader is a must!  

  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets. 

  • Degree preferred.
