Brand Manager – Automotive Aftermarket

Job Description

A stable, industry leader is looking for a Brand Manager to own their multiple DriveTrain brands. This role is an in-office position in the greater Seattle area (relocation assistance is provided). 

 

In this role, you will be crafting and implementing overarching brand strategies, coordinating with product development and sales for a consistent brand image. Key tasks include managing brand communication, building relationships with external partners, and using performance metrics to enhance strategies. You’ll also create channel-aligned strategies, support customers via targeted marketing alongside Sales, and boost market visibility through events and tradeshows. Evaluating marketing campaign success and collaborating with social and digital agencies to explore product opportunities while maintaining brand standards are essential responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Salary range is 85k-110k (based on experience) + Annual bonus, up to 10% (largely based on company performance).

Requirements

  • Must have experience and expertise in the Aftermarket Automotive industry experience. 
  • Previous experience in any marketing/sales role, preferably as a Brand Manager.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of Google AdWords and analytics and general SEO tools.
  • Bachelors or Associate’s degree a plus and at least 4 years of experience in a marketing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and maintain a consistent brand voice across various channels.
  • Strong project management skills to plan and execute key product launches, branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and events.
