Medical Sales Representative – Capital Equipment (MN)

Job Description

A $540M Medical and Aesthetics Manufacturer with a healthy pipeline and strong R&D focus. 

 

They are expanding their sales team due to 2 recent product launches in 2023. These products will be industry game-changers. 

 

In this role, you will be aggressively focused on new business development with a goal to set 5 appointments daily and close an average of 1-2 capital equipment deals monthly. These are in-person prospecting calls to physicians and surgeons including specialists in OBGYN, Urology, and Dermatology.

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Base salary of $60k, OTE $150-180k+.
  • Uncapped + accelerators.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in an outside B2B heavy cold calling environment.
  • Successful track record in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Competitive HUNTER.
  • Ability to travel.
