Job Description

Territory Sales Manager for a $20 Billion Manufacturer of Green Technologies, with the #1 products in the marketplace. The company grew 11% in 2023 and is tracking for continuous growth in 2024. 

 

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will manage a regional territory by both nurturing existing accounts as well as building new relationships. This is a highly consultative sale within an open greenfield territory, with strong existing relationships and lots of room for growth! Additionally, you will capitalize on established relationships with current major distributors to enhance overall territory growth and success. Customers are primarily pharmaceutical, government, forensic and university labs.

 

  • Book of business includes large distributors with a robust sales pipeline (historically this territory exceeds quota).

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • $85k-$110k base salary (depends on location, experience, etc) + quarterly sales incentives to earn $146k at plan (uncapped!).

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Must have experience selling equipment to labs.
  • Experience working with distributors is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
