Regional Sales Representative – Smart Water Infrastructure / AMI, AMR (New England)

Job Description

This is a fully remote, New England based outside sales role responsible for covering the region. The position focuses on selling smart water metering and infrastructure solutions through a consultative approach—working with Municipalities and Utility companies, and engaging directly with Engineers, Public Works Directors, and City Managers. Deal sizes typically range from $300K–$2M+, depending on project scope. You’ll inherit a small book of business but the larger priority is to land (and then expand) new accounts across New England.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $85k-$90k base salary plus uncapped commissions. First 12 mos commission estimate is roughly $10k-$15k. Top reps on the team earn between $150k-$200k, all-in.

Requirements

 

  • Must have experience in and/or be comfortable with frequent travel across a multi-state territory.
  • Must have experience with a technical product and consultative sale.
  • Must have proven success in an outside sales role.
  • Must live within the territory- New England.
  • Municipal and/or utility sales experience is a strong nice to have.
