This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the first true sales hires and help build the go-to-market motion from the ground up alongside experienced founders and leadership. The company recently launched publicly alongside a $15M+ seed round and is building within one of the fastest-growing areas of enterprise AI and workflow intelligence.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process from prospecting through close
- Generate outbound pipeline through strategic prospecting and creative outreach
- Run discovery calls, product demonstrations, and pilot discussions
- Build ROI-driven business cases for enterprise buyers
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and executive conversations
- Test and refine ICP hypotheses and messaging strategies
- Partner closely with Customer Success during pilot conversions
- Provide direct market and customer feedback to founders and product leadership
- Help define repeatable GTM processes and scalable sales infrastructure
- Contribute to category creation within AI operations intelligence

Compensation & Equity
- $300K+ OTE
- Roughly 50/50 base-to-variable split
- Uncapped commission potential

Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Executive experience
- Proven success selling B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Strong outbound and hunting capabilities
- Full-cycle sales experience
- Experience selling to U.S.-based customers
- Ability to work directly with founders and executive leadership
Preferred Experience
- Early-stage startup experience
- SDR/BDR-to-AE career progression
- Building pipeline from scratch
- Enterprise prospecting experience
- Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, workflow, or operational software
- Experience operating in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
