Territory Sales Manager | Northeast | Technical Heavy Industrial Sales

Job Description

A leading OEM is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to take over an established Northeast territory selling a highly recognized industrial product portfolio into OEMs, end users, and manufacturing environments.

This is a field-based, technical sales role for someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, working through real applications, building long-term relationships, and selling products that solve manufacturing, movement, and load handling challenges.

The Role

This role is focused on a specialized industrial roller and load handling portfolio, including idler rollers, cam followers, load rails, and custom-engineered roller solutions used in heavy-duty manufacturing applications.

Sales are made into OEMs and end users, but passed through an established distributor network. Distributor relationships are already in place.

Territory

NY, PA, NJ, CT, MA, RI, with some business in ME, NH, and VT.

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE of $150K to $162K+ with accelerators above quota

Travel

 

Overnight travel is approximately 30%, typically around 2 nights per week. Some weeks may be lighter or heavier depending on seasonality and customer needs.
