Territory Manager | Dallas | $225K-$250K+ OTE

Job Description

You’ll inherit $2M in open pipeline, commissionable from day one, in a territory that has already booked $6.4M this year.

Join a founder-led, privately owned company that holds about 60% of the UK market and is now expanding across the United States. Revenue in the States is growing from about $20M to $30M this year, and the market is more than seven times larger than the UK’s. This role offers real opportunity to grow with it.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Products no one else has: the world’s only hinge-side anti-barricade door, and the only complete door system pre-assembled at the factory (door, frame, hardware and vision panel from one source)
  • Specified on all six new State of Texas behavioral health hospitals, each worth 2M–7M
  • No formal quota. You earn 1% on every order in your territory, with no ceiling on total earnings, paid monthly
  • A flat company where the founders see your results
  • Meaningful work: every door you sell reduces the risk of patient self-harm and makes sure staff can always reach a patient in crisis

What You’ll Do

  • Own a three-state territory from a Dallas home base: about 70% Texas, 15% Colorado and 10% Oklahoma
  • Work the “three-legged stool”: health systems (capital project managers, facilities and clinical teams), architects who write the spec, and contractors who place the order
  • Get the product specified and protect that spec all the way to the PO
  • Balance 1–3 year new builds with faster retrofits funded from annual capital budgets

Compensation and Benefits

  • $125K-$150K base
  • $225K-$250K+ expected OTE in your first full year
  • $10K annual car allowance plus mileage
  • Medical, dental, vision
  • 401(k)

Requirements

  • 2+ years in building products sales, ideally specified through architects
  • Experience closing six-figure deals (strong inside sales reps, coordinators and associate TMs ready for their first territory are encouraged to apply)
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to explain why a hospital should choose one door system over another
  • The drive to book your own meetings and build your own week
  • Disciplined Salesforce habits
  • A home base in DFW, or willingness to relocate

Bonus Points

  • Experience with doors, frames or hardware (ASSA ABLOY, Allegion, dormakaba)
  • A background in healthcare interiors (Construction Specialties, Inpro, Kwalu)
  • DHI or CSI credentials
  • Exposure to healthcare or behavioral health projects
  • Experience protecting specifications against substitution
